At Virtually Built MEP we at the forefront of Building Information modelling or ‘BIM’ as it is known within the industry. Having completed many projects to BIM Level 2 & PAS 1192 standards we are fully fluent in the use of the appropriate technologies required to deliver projects to the highest standards. We will adhere to each individual projects ‘BIM Execution Plan’ or ‘BEP’ for short. Projects can be delivered containing COBie standard asset data information and also any specific client requested information. Fully compliant models can be delivered to FM teams for use with the buildings ongoing maintenance & used in place of O&M manuals. Point cloud scanning, BIM 360 & many other programs can be incorporated into our modelling processes to deliver a seamless project from start to finish.
