At Virtually Built MEP the production of coordinated services drawings for construction is the backbone of our business and something we pride ourselves in delivering to the highest standard. Installation drawings are extremely important to any construction project and they must be accurate and clear to enable a seamless installation process for the M&E Contractors on site.

We will spend time understanding and assessing the design intent of the consultants by reviewing schematics and plan layout drawings. Experienced Coordinators will begin to model all services, equipment & plant to the exact information given in technical submitals and equipment data sheets whilst always allowing for installation maintenance and access requirements. We will always lay out the services to minimise maintainable points such as drains and air vents, service sets, and ensure that all CDM regulations are met. As part of this process we will always endeavour to help iron out any shortcomings within the current design to help minimise issues and onsite delays or cost.

As well as the production of construction installation drawings we will also take on projects at the early stages of design development from RIBA stage 2 onward. Our extensive knowledge of MEP services design can greatly assist in the delivery of tender information drawings, contract drawings & 3D models.
